We are following extraordinary people as they explore the magical worlds of nature’s mystical cycle. Breathtaking landscapes and exciting narratives allow us to vividly experience the changing of the seasons.

The film explores how diverse global leaders interpret Nelson Mandela’s message of freedom, forgiveness and reconciliation. Europe – an urbanized, densely-populated and fast-paced continent. Around 70% of the European population lives in cities. But Europe is also something else: expansive forests, rugged mountain ranges, sprawling landscapes and meadows. And now, more and more often, European animals long thought to be virtually extinct in the wild are once again appearing: ibex and chamois are coming back in the Alps, vultures are increasing rapidly on the Iberian Peninsula, and wolf packs even roam the forests of Germany. And that's just the start! New life is awakening in the growing wilderness of Europe. The five-part series REWILDING EUROPE visits some of the wildest and most impressive nature and wildlife conservation areas of the continent to witness the comeback and evolution of a truly wild Europe! The north of the North Island is the realm of the Maori. In this area the foundation document of the country was signed by Maori and Europeans, giving peace to the former violent battle between them. And from the northern peak the deceased Maori begin their journey to the land of their ancestors. The Waipoua Forest which gaves home to the oldest and biggest Kauri-Tree of New Zealand is as magical as the cliffy eastcoast and its beautiful submarine life where even Orcas are home.

“Four Seasons” explores central Europe and its long forgotten traditions, revives customs and myths, and shows our native countryside from unfamiliar perspectives. Fascinating landscape photography in high quality HD, paired with spectacular Cineflex aerial photography, presents the nature and inhabitants of central Europe in never-before-seen richness of color.
Structure
As the seasons change we visit different environments which, in their variety, are exemplary of a central European region: mountains, water, forests and meadows. We return to each of these habitats four times during the different seasons to show the way in which our protagonists’ rhythm of life beats to the clockwork of nature.
The Four Seasons allow us to discover the changeability of a landscape and discover the reason for these changes.
Dramaturgy
We explore the distinctive features of each season by creating a week-long arc of suspense on film, which spans from the beginning of each such period up to the passage into the next. The chronological progression of each season, with all its different facets, is broadcast in a linear fashion over five weekdays.
Four Seasons – Interactive!
Parallel to the project, user generated content will be available on the internet throughout the year, on a websites, as well as on YouTube and Facebook. There will be apps for smartphones, internet games, digital diaries, livecams, RSS Feeds and book/DVD appraisals.
“Four Seasons” is a format with event potential that will mobilize generations. We will display paradise on earth and show how climate and astronomy affect our life cycle.
