Nelson Mandela: the myth & me (Book)

Who was Nelson Mandela? Hiding behind the worldwide adoration is a life full of very different phases and a complex personality. Unraveling it demands not only one, but a lot of different perspectives.

The book features interviews of nearly 30 significant characters – international politicians, artists, activists, companions and apartheid victims – that either knew him or were influenced by him. By also adressing critical views and testing Mandelas message of reconciliation and forgiveness for its present importance a diverse portrait of one of the greatest humans of our day was created. A must read for everyone believing in the possibility of a more peaceful and just world, on a political as well as on a human level.
